A synopsis of the film:Deep in the rain forests of Grenada, an anarchist chocolatier seeks solutions to the problems of a ravaged global chocolate industry, finding hope in an industry entrenched in enslaved child labor, irresponsible corporate greed, and tasteless, synthetic products. NOTHING LIKE CHOCOLATE tells the compelling story of Mott Green, who founded of the Grenada Chocolate Company, leasing 100 acres of land from a neighboring estate and establishing an organic chocolate-making cooperative. The film looks at this revolutionary experiment, focusing on how solar power, appropriate technology and activism merge to create a business whose values are fairness, community, sustainability and high quality.

“J. LeMay Studios did a fabulous job with my website, understood my impossibly vague ideas about what I hoped for, and implemented every one beautifully. I am so delighted to be working with Jennifer. She is the best web designer I have come across!” – Kum-Kum Bhavnani, Professor and filmmaker, UC Santa Barbara
